Thank you for your interest in Sebastian Family Psychology Practice, LLC. We are on the forefront of mental health care in Milwaukee and consider ourselves fortunate to be serving a diverse group of clienteles. Our clinic is staffed by a team that is ethnically, culturally, and linguistically diverse. It is our pledge to properly serve all of our clients, ranging from age three to senior citizens.

Our clinic has been recognized for innovative approaches to assisting clients, who come from a cross-section of income, education, and social background. We are grateful to have the confidence of many community partners such as Wraparound Milwaukee, Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin (CSSW), St. Aemilian-Lakeside Inc, Integrated Family Services (IFS), Next-Door Foundation, Social Development Commission (Head start and W-2 services), and the Department of Children & Families, as well public schools, private and state systems.   

We provide quality and outcome-focused behavioral health and supportive services with an integrated intervention of care. We are aware of the personal challenges and drastic changes that our clients face. Together, we utilize best practice models toward positive outcomes. Finally, we value and owe it to you with whom we partner to seek positive changes.
